Public Relations of FK UNS Increases Creativity and Innovation Towards the Excellence of UNS PTN BH

With the change of UNS from PTN-BLU (Public Service Agency) to PTN-BH (Legal Entity State University), all aspects within UNS, for example its governance, organization, and structure will adjust to this change. All Faculties / Institutions / Units also feel the changes and new regulations, adjusting the PTN-BH management rules. Currently, FK UNS, under the coordination of the Vice Dean for Planning, Business Cooperation and Information, Dr. Selfi Handayani, dr., M.Kes., worked as a team that was always updated and committed to increase creativity and innovation towards excellence in the UNS PTN BH.

Profession Lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Online)

When the Covid-19 pandemic infected Indonesia (lockdown on March 2020), the learning system at the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Sebelas Maret (FK UNS) had implemented a distance learning system via the internet network or online. This distance learning method is still used today. This online method is used to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus among students, teaching staff (lecturers), and education staff.

The Health Information and Technology for Improved Health Education in South-East Asia (HITIHE) team and the HITIHE Alliance of the Medical Faculty Universitas Sebelas Maret (FK UNS) held a Learning Video Content Development Online Workshop through the Zoom application platform (2/2/2021). This event was attended by FK UNS deans, the HITIHE Alliance Team, the Medical Education Unit, the KBK Manager, the Skills Lab Manager, and the Course Team.

Press Conference of UNS Anniversary (Online and Offline)

At the Rectorate Building of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), a press conference for the 45th Anniversary of UNS was held. This event was attended by all Anniversary committees, deans (including FK UNS Dean), media crews, and other participants (online and offline). Quoted from the speech by the Rector of UNS Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, SH, M.Hum., this 2021 Anniversary is the first momentum of Universitas Sebelas Maret as a Legal Entity State University (PTN BH) in accordance with Government Regulation No.56 of 2020 on 6 October 2020.

Webinar 'Musculoskeletal Pain Management' was an event with the invited speakers from the Association of Indonesian Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialists (PERDATIN) Solo, which discussed the topic of pain management in patients who have musculoskeletal pain. This event was carried out through the Zoom Meeting application which was attended by 80 PERDATIN Solo members, 64 participants of PPDS Anesthesiology and FK UNS Intensive Therapy.
