Wednesday (17/3/2021) Synchronization of E-learning Modules for the HITIHE (Health Information and Technology for Improved Health Education in South-East Asia) Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FK UNS) - Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKKMK UGM) was held via online using the Zoom Meeting application platform. This workshop activity was opened around 13.00 (Western Indonesian Time) with remarks and directions from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Prof. Dr. Reviono, dr., Sp.P(K).

The event continued with a presentation regarding the progress of the anthrax module preparation process by the FK UNS HITIHE team which was delivered by dr. Robert Satriyo Budhi Susilo, Sp.PD-KPTI., M.Kes., FINASIM. After the presentation session, the event was continued with a discussion led by Dr. Eti Poncorini Pamungkasari, dr., M.Pd.. related to the preparation of the layout of the learning module and the formatting to be used in the electronic learning module which is planned to be developed using the Moodle platform.

The discussion ran warmly for about an hour which resulted in various important inputs such as plans for e-module development through the I-Spring or Articulate platform, plans for cooperation by sending educational staff from Universitas Sebelas Maret for internships and learning more about Information Technology (IT) skills that are needed in the development of the e-module, an agreement regarding the target application, namely general practitioners, and also a plan to hold a librarian workshop in April 2021. This discussion was attended by dr. Elisabeth Elsa Herdiana Murhandarwati, M.Kes., Ph.D .; Dr. dr. Ida Safitri, Sp.A (K) .; dr. Eggi Arguni, Sp.A., M.Sc., Ph.D .; dr. Doni Widyandana, Sp.M (K)., MHPE., Ph.D .; dr. Ajib Diptyanusa, DTM & H., MCTM .; Ratih Oktri Nanda, SKM., MPH .; Rilani Riskiyana, S.Kep.Ns., M.Med.Ed .; Wisnu Lazuardi Yusuf, S.Pd .; and Rini Handayani, S.E. from the HITIHE FKKMK UGM team. Meanwhile, other FK UNS HITIHE teams who attended included Prof. Ari Natalia Probandari, dr., M.P.H., Ph.D.; Vitri Widyaningsih, dr., M.S., Ph.D.; Maryani, dr.,M.Si., Sp.MK; Bulan Kakanita Hermasari, dr.M.Med.Ed.; dr. Yusuf Ari Mashuri, M.Sc .; dr. Stefanus Erdana Putra; dr. Muhammad Hafizhan; and Suprapti, S.Pd. The next step that would be taken was to coordinate and improve the module before uploading it to the e-module platform. Around 15.00 (Western Indonesian Time) the event was closed with a group photo session and a conclusion by Prof. Ari Natalia Probandari, dr., M.P.H., Ph.D.
