“On behalf of myself, my family, and all UNS leadership, I would like to wish you a Happy Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijriah, taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum, taqabbal yaa kariim. Minal aidzin walfaidzin. “In the spirit of togetherness and an atmosphere full of blessings, let us make this moment a reminder that every step we take, whether in education, research, or service, is always based on honesty, integrity, and a spirit of togetherness,” Prof. Hartono reminded.
Dean of FK UNS, Prof. Reviono explained that this halalbihalal moment is an opportunity for all academicians of FK UNS to forgive each other.
"When Eid al-Fitr arrives, we are like newborn babies, free from sin and in a pure state. However, being free from sin is our sin against God, our sins against fellow human beings require us to apologize and forgive each other," he explained.
At the end of his speech, Prof. Reviono hoped that all academicians of FK UNS would take this momentum to be able to move together to improve creativity and competence so that the quality of FK UNS would be even better in the future.
The event was then continued with a sermon delivered by the Deputy Dean for Non-Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Medicine, UNS, Dr. Annang Giri Moelyo, dr., Sp.A (K)., M.Kes entitled "Becoming a Clean and Serving Human Being". According to him, the momentum of Eid al-Fitr can be used by humans as a start to become a better person.

"We should be able to use this Eid al-Fitr moment to become a new person, a cleaner person, clean from sin, clean from revenge or bad intentions. This halalbihalal is also an opportunity for us to cleanse our hearts by apologizing to each other," he explained.
It was further conveyed that as an employee, one should be able to be a good servant. "The best human being is the one who is most useful to other human beings. Every Muslim has a duty to serve, not only the leader. Serve anyone, serve family, serve neighbours and do it with sincere intentions for worship, not just for image," he said.
On this occasion, FK UNS also gave appreciation to the academic community who had just retired. The halalbihalal event was then closed with shaking hands and friendly greetings.
