FK UNS Again Releases 21 New Specialist Doctors Period June 2023


 

The Faculty of Medicine (FK) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) through the Specialist Medical Education Program (PPDS) on Friday (23/6/2023) released another specialist doctor who had just graduated from FK UNS. This event was attended by the (Acting Official) Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation UNS, Prof. Dr. Kuncoro Diharjo, S.T., M.T., Dean of FK UNS, Prof. Dr. Reviono, dr., Sp.P(K); the (Acting Official) Vice Dean of FK UNS, Deputy Director General and Hospital Finance Dr. Moewardi Surakarta, dr. Hamza Brotherhood; UNS Hospital Deputy Director of Finance and Human Resources, Dr. Jaka Winarna, M.Si., Ak; as well as all the Heads of the FK UNS PPDS Study Program.

At the release of specialist doctors for the June 2023 period, the Faculty of Medicine released 21 PPDS students. It should be noted that of the 21 participants mentioned above, there were 2 recipients of the Ministry of Health's Study Assignment scholarships, and so far the number of graduates receiving the Ministry of Health's Study Assignment scholarships has reached 329 people.

Based on the academic report read by (Acting Official) Vide Dean of Human Resources, Finance and Logistics FK UNS, Dr. Diah Kurnia Mirawati, dr., Sp.S (K), 21 release participants consisting of 5 people from the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Study Program, 5 people from the Pediatrics Study Program, 4 people from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Study Program, 3 people from the Psychiatry Study Program, 2 people from the Radiology Study Program and 2 people from the Internal Medicine Study Program.

In this release there were participants with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) achieved by Aldi Firmansyah, dr., Sp.O.G (NIM S581908001) with a GPA of 3.87 coming from the Obstetrics and Gynecology PPDS Study Program. Meanwhile, the youngest graduate at the Release of PPDS this time was Nabila Nur Bilqis Islamy, dr., Sp.K.J, from the Psychiatric PPDS Study Program, aged 30 years and 6 months at the time of graduation.

dr. Aldi Firmansyah, Sp.O.G, representing the graduates, in his speech felt proud to be a student at FK UNS and expressed his gratitude for all the guidance and teaching provided by the campus during the process of studying.

“Today proves that our persistence and hard work so far can produce good results. On this occasion we express our highest gratitude and appreciation to our teachers for the guidance and knowledge they have been given so far," he said.

"Congratulations on your graduation, our message is that colleagues can apply their knowledge, devote themselves, in their respective areas. What's good at Dr. Hospital Please take Moewardi and use it, and leave anything that is bad. We also thank the new medical specialists who have contributed to advancing Dr. Hospital. Moewardi in carrying out the service so far," he said.

Dean of FK UNS, Prof. Reviono in his speech said that it is time for specialist doctors who have just been appointed to be ready for the many challenges ahead of them.

"These new medical specialists must be ready to face challenges by preparing knowledge, skills, insights," said Prof. Reviono.

Besides that Prof. Reviono also advised that the new specialist doctors who are now ready to face competition with doctors from abroad who enter Indonesia.

"You all have to be ready for that, don't be afraid because we already have a very good stock of knowledge besides the benefits of culture or culture that we already understand about Indonesian society," he continued.

Prof. Reviono also advised that these new medical specialists could maintain the good name of UNS and continue to maintain good friendship with colleagues and with their alma mater.

With the release of specialist doctors for the June 2023 period, since its establishment in 1976, the Faculty of Medicine, UNS, has graduated 1697 (one thousand six hundred and ninety-seven) specialist doctors, who have spread all over the country and have devoted their knowledge to various institutions both in the field of public health services. health, education, research, as well as specialist doctors for the government, private sector, TNI/POLRI and others.
