Students of the Bachelor of Medicine Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FK UNS) who are undergoing the Thematic Community Service (KKN) in Boyolali Regency held a Human Development Cadre Socialization (KPM). Located at the Guwokajen Village Hall, Boyolali Regency, the activity which was held on Wednesday (20/7/2022) took the theme of the Role of Cadres and Families in Stunting Prevention.

The socialization activity which was attended by 40 participants and 3 invited speakers, namely: Wiwik Widiastuti, AMd.Gz (Nutritionist); Happy Dwi Nugroho, S.Hut. (Experts on Community Empowerment in Boyolali Regency) and Fitrotin Azizah (FK UNS student). The speakers on this occasion conveyed about the dangers of stunting and how to prevent it.

It was hoped that this activity can increase public knowledge and awareness about the dangers of stunting so that people become more concerned about nutritional adequacy in children. With increasing public awareness about nutritional adequacy in children, it is expected to reduce stunting rates in the region.
