Assistance in SKP Input in accordance with PP No. 30 of 2019 for Education Staffs in the Faculty of Medicine UNS
In determining the Work Performance Assessment of Education Personnel (Tendik), the staff is required to prepare Employee Work Targets (SKP) as the basis for evaluating employee work performance. The aim is to ensure the objectivity of the technical development carried out based on the work performance system, while the Employee Performance Targets (SKP) are performance plans and targets that must be achieved by employees within the assessment period that are tangible and can be measured and agreed upon by employees and their superiors.
Every employee is required to compile SKP (Employee Work Target), which in its implementation must be based on the duties, positions, functions, authorities, responsibilities and details of their duties which have generally been stipulated in the organizational structure and Work Procedures (SOTK). The SKP is a substitute for the DP3 (List of Employee Achievement Assessment) which was abolished in early 2014. The assessment is expected to be more comprehensive than the DP3.
Faculty of Medicine Universitas Sebelas Maret (FK UNS) on Tuesday (15/2/2022) provided assistance in the preparation of the SKP which was attended by all FK UNS education staffs in accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants, starting at 12:30 PM in Computer Based Testing (CBT) room on the 4th floor of the Medical Education Building, Faculty of Medicine, UNS.
