On December 6-9 2021, one of the lecturers of the Doctoral Program in Public Health Sciences (IKM) Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FK UNS), Vitri Widyaningsih, dr., MS, Ph.D., had the opportunity to take part in the 'Introduction to Academic Writing for International Publication: A Virtual Workshop' organized by The American Institute for Indonesian Studies (AIFIS) and the Social Science Research Council (SSRC).

To take part in this workshop, participants must submit an application, and 24 participants were selected from 175 registrants from all over Indonesia. After the webinar session which would be held on 6-8 December 2021 and is open to the public, it will be followed by small group sessions and individual sessions, where participants would get feedback from experienced international journal editors and writers.
